We offer lifetime hardware replacement warranties on most networking, server and storage products for no additional charge. Whether it’s used, new, end of life or current generation equipment, we cover your IT.

Revolving Networks is dedicated to serving our clients in every way possible. Therefore, Revolving Networks offers an industry leading and hassle-free lifetime warranty on eligible products. Eligible products include all networking products (Switches, Routers, Wireless, Security, VoIP and Transceivers/Cables) and select server and storage products (Excluded: All Hard Drives/Solid State Drives and Power Supplies). To confirm if the product you’re inquiring about includes the lifetime warranty please contact a sales representative to verify the product is covered.

Lifetime warranty includes a 1 Year Advanced Replacement. For the first year we’ll send an advanced replacement on any RMA requests that are covered under warranty. If you experience a product malfunction, failure or defect during the first year we’ll ship out an advanced replacement before receiving the defective product back to our warehouse. Revolving will cover all return and replacement shipping costs with shipping done via ground services through our preferred carrier. Expedited shipping is available upon request and will be accommodated on approved requests. We will also cover the shipping costs of the return shipment on the defective product.

Note: Advanced replacement is based on our current stock and availability from Revolving suppliers. This applies for the continental US only (Alaska and Hawaii not included). All RMA requests outside of these states will require the customer to cover return/replacement shipping costs including customs duties and taxes and any other international shipping fees. The warranty term begins on the date the product has been delivered to the customer. Revolving will invoice the customer for the cost of the replacement product until the defective product is returned, which will result in a credit/refund on the temporary invoice/charge.

Revolving warrants to the original purchaser that products will be free from defects in material and functionality throughout the lifetime of the products use. Revolving will replace defective hardware to our best ability based on product availability. Replacement products will be the same model or an upgraded version with comparable functionality. Products that were originally purchased “New” might be replaced with a “Refurbished” product. If there are no reasonable or like-model replacements options available, the customer will be issued a full refund. This refund excludes any original shipping costs.

Excluded from this warranty are any defects or failures due to misuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, abuse, improper maintenance/installation/configuration, environmental factors, improper environment, compatibility, physical damage, cosmetic defects, normal wear and tear, electrical issues such as incorrect electrical voltages or other electrical issues and acts of God (natural disasters, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.). Warranty is offered by Revolving Networks ONLY, no manufacture warranty or support is offered or guaranteed. Lifetime warranty is a hardware replacement warranty and does not cover software. Warranty Shipping Details: Revolving will cover all return/replacement shipping costs within the continental US for the entire length of the warranty. Returns that take place outside of the continental US will require the customer to cover return/replacement shipping. This includes all customs duties and taxes and any other international shipping fees. Replacements will be shipped out once the defective product has been returned to Revolving. For advanced replacements, customers must ship back the defective product within 14 business days of an RMA being issued to receive credit/refund on the replacement. Excluded items from the lifetime warranty include all hard disk drives, solid state drives and power supplies. These products will receive a 1-year hardware replacement warranty. Warranty terms hold the same as the above conditions. Advanced replacements are offered for all products with a 1-year warranty.
